Professional experience

• possesses considerable working experience in prosecution and investigation matters; an expert in criminal law and criminal procedure successfully working both at the preliminary stage and the stage of litigation. He is one of the experts who represented state prosecution in one of the first criminal cases tried in Russia concerning an illegal takeover of an enterprise.

• started his career in law in 2001, being a 5-year student, occupying the position of an assistant of the investigator of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Sverdlovsk region, then of the investigator and senior investigator of the Prosecutor’s Office in one of the districts of Yekaterinburg;

• mastering the skills of representing state prosecution, in 2004 he decided to work for the Department of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Sverdlovsk region on Securing the Participation of Prosecutors in Criminal Cases Tried by Courts. He represented prosecution in most difficult and heavily publicized criminal cases, including one of the first criminal cases in Russia of an illegal takeover of a large enterprise by a well-organized criminal group;

• since 2007, after the reform of the Prosecutor’s Office bodies, he occupied leading positions in the Investigative Committee at the Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation. Since 2009, he was the head of the investigative department in one of the districts of Yekaterinburg;

• In 2012, he decided to apply his knowledge and experience working for a group of law firms LOYS.
